DTU er inde i en kraftig udvikling og søger kontinuerligt efter de rigtige kandidater til de mange spændende udfordringer og opgaver, der skal løses. DTU udbyder derfor en aftale vedrørende annonceringsydelser i forbindelse med rekruttering af medarbejdere nationalt og internationalt.
DTU har behov for annoncering i nationale og internationale medier, primært online, på både dansk og engelsk, og DTU Koncern HR vil være en tæt samarbejdspartner i hele forløbet. DTU vil kombineret med en automatisk robot, der scraper til Jobindex og jobnet, varetage ca. 70 % af alle annonceringer via dtu.dk.
For de resterende 30 % vil der forventeligt skulle anvendes yderligere annoncering på andre jobsites og udgør forventeligt omkring 370 sager årligt. En sag kan både dække over én annonce placeret i flere forskellige medier og flere stillingsopslag i én annonce, eller en blanding af de to. DKK 3.000.000 årligt, men DTU forpligtiger sig ikke ud over sit faktiske behov. Rammeaftalen er altså ikke eksklusiv. Den forventede omsætning på Rammeaftalen er beregnet på baggrund af tidligere forbrug samt forventede forbrug med de forudsætninger, der kendes på udbudstidspunktet. Rammeaftalens forventede værdi udgøre DKK 12.000.000, og Rammeaftalens maximale værdi udgør DKK 14.000.000.
