FORMÅL OG OMFANG Formålet med anskaffelsen er å dekke Renovasjons- og gjenvinningsetatens (REG) behov for transportering av bunnaske fra avfallsforbrenningsanlegget på Haraldrud (HEA), og behandling av denne. Bunnasken, et restprodukt av forbrenningsprosessen, inneholder magnetiske og ikke-magnetiske metaller som kan gjenvinnes. Bunnasken fra Haraldrud energigjenvinningsanlegg er ikke definert som farlig avfall.
Dette er produksjonsavfall som transporteres og behandles før endelig deponi. Bunnasken må transporteres fra anlegget i containere, forbehandles/sorteres før en restfraksjon av asken til slutt deponeres. Avtalen skal omfatte transport av bunnaske, inkludert containerleie, gjenvinning av metaller og deponering av restbunnaske.
Leverandøren skal kunne tilby en løsning som dekker hele verdikjeden fra rangering på anlegget til etterbehandling på en mest mulig effektiv måte. Avtalen skal ha en varighet på 2 år fra kontraktsinngåelse. Oppdragsgiver har opsjon på ytterligere inntil 2 (1+1) år på uendrede vilkår.
