Reference: rfx_4384_ROAF L’OIT recherche un(e) consultant(e) international(e) pour appuyer l’élaboration de la deuxième édition du Bulletin statistique sur la protection sociale en République Démocratique du Congo.
La mission vise à produire une mise à jour consolidée et analytique des statistiques de protection sociale, à améliorer la qualité, la cohérence et la comparabilité des indicateurs existants, et à renforcer la lisibilité du système de protection sociale à travers un outil statistique de référence.
Le/la consultant(e) sera chargé(e) d’analyser la première édition du Bulletin, de collecter et traiter les données disponibles, de produire les indicateurs clés de protection sociale et de rédiger la nouvelle édition du Bulletin.
La mission inclut la participation aux étapes de validation, de restitution et de lancement du Bulletin, ainsi que le transfert de l’ensemble des données, outils et supports analytiques produits dans le cadre des travaux. Le travail s’effectuera en étroite collaboration avec l’OIT et les autorités nationales, selon une approche participative et conforme aux standards internationaux.
