Reference: rfx_4502_ROAF Le Bureau International du Travail, recherche un collaborateur extérieur national (Algérie) pour appuyer pour renforcement et actualisation des informations de la plateforme Moukawil.dz en Algérie. Les principales tâches à effectuer dans le cadre de cette mission sont les suivantes : - Réaliser une revue documentaire des contenus existants.
- Proposer une restructuration des informations sur la plateforme, en distinguant les informations relatives 1) à l'enregistrement des entreprises et aux processus de conformité ainsi qu'aux lois applicables et 2) au soutien à l'entrepreneuriat et au développement des entreprises. - Identifier des écarts avec les dernières réglementations et dispositifs.
- Mettre à jour des différentes sections de la plateforme (création d’entreprise, fiscalité, financement, sécurité sociale et d'autres domaines liés au travail décent, start-up, exportation…). - Introduire, dans chaque section correspondante, des nouvelles lois, dispositifs et procédures récemment mis en place au niveau national et qui ne sont pas disponibles sur la plateforme.
- Assurer une validation technique avec les ministères et institutions concernés.
