Reference: rfx_5028_ROAF Le consultant est chargé de la conception , planification et animation de la formation TRIE / CREE / GERME à l‘ intention de 25 personnes issues des associations locales ainsi que la mise en oeuvre de l‘ accompagnement et du coaching post formation.
Ses responsabilités concernent également l‘ identification des participants qui participeront à la formation TRIE / CREE (Préparer l’appel à manifestation d‘ intérêt et sélectionner 25 formateurs issus des OSC ) ainsi que l‘ analyse de leurs besoins en renforcement des capacités , l‘ élaboration du plan de formation et la présentation des supports pédagogiques correspondants et/ou des outils d‘ évaluation ; l‘ organisation et l‘ animation de 10 jours de formation ; la mise en oeuvre d‘ un dispositif structuré de coaching post formation sur terrain de 5 jours , visant l‘ application des compétences acquises auprès des 550 jeunes femmes et hommes sélectionnés pour les sessions de formation de renforcement des capacités managériales y compris les compétences en matière de cohésion sociale et de coexistence pacifique , afin de les accompagner dans l‘ élaboration de leurs plans d‘ affaires , et ; enfin , l‘ évaluation de leur acquis / performances , la certification des formateurs et la production d‘ un rapport détaillant les résultats , les recommandations et la liste des participants certifiés.
