Scope overview
Il ne s'agit pas d'un marché public La Région Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur lance un Appel à Manifestation d'Intérêt (AMI) pour identifier des opérateurs énergétiques capables de proposer un dispositif innovant visant à accélérer la rénovation énergétique des logements privés.
Les objectifs principaux sont : - Offrir un accompagnement complet et accessible pour des rénovations performantes ; - Cibler tous les propriétaires, avec une priorité pour les logements E, F, G occupés par des ménages de classe moyenne ; - Répondre aux besoins de rénovations globales ou par étapes ; - Structurer durablement la filière régionale.
A ce titre, il est attendu que les candidats intéressés adressent à la Région des propositions respectant les différents critères explicités dans les documents joints. A l'issue de l'AMI, les opérateurs identifiés seront conviés à une seconde phase visant à définir précisément le cadre juridique du partenariat.
Cette étape débouchera sur la signature d'une convention formalisant les engagements réciproques entre les opérateurs et la Région.
Dans ce cadre, la Région concentrera ses efforts autour de deux axes prioritaires : - Un référencement régional officiel, garantissant la visibilité des opérateurs et renforçant la confiance des ménages dans les offres proposées ; - Une communication institutionnelle portée par la Région pour promouvoir le dispositif sur l'ensemble du territoire
