Les entreprises intéressées par cet appel d’offres et déjà enregistrées sur la plateforme ERP du HCR sont invitées à consulter le dossier d’appel d’offres directement sur ERP à travers la négociation UNHCR ITB 2507 Les entreprises intéressées et non encore enregistrées sont invitées à manifester leur intérêt en adressant un email à l’adresse bkfousup@unhcr.org.
L’annexe F indiquant comment s’enregistrer sera partagée sur les adresses communiquées par les structures intéressées. Le dossier d’appel d’offres, ainsi que ses annexes est disponible et téléchargeable sur le site des Nations Unies UNGM : https://www.ungm.org; La date de clôture de l’appel d’offres est fixée au 24 mars 2026 à 23h59 mn heure locale .
Une conférence de pré soumission est prévue comme suit : Date limite de confirmation de participation à la conférence des soumissionnaires 11 mars 2026 Date et heure de la conférence de pré soumission 12 mars 2026 de 10h00 à 12h00 Via Microsoft Teams et en présentiel dans la salle de conférence du HCR à Ouagadougou La soumission doit être faite uniquement sur la plateforme ERP du HCR.
