Fire and Emergency needs a �right sized� support approach for Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics, QUBEdocs, and Motio. We have plans to replace the critical systems that are currently integrated with Cognos and to move to Power BI as a longer-term strategy. Cognos will continue to be used in the medium-term, because of its integration with critical Fire and Emergency applications.

This closed tender opportunity is for a supplier to provide support and maintenance services for our IBM related software products. We expect 24/7/365 technical support and maintenance. We expect the Successful Respondent to provide incident response capabilities, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that meets our requirements, and an appropriate service model structure.
