We have plans to replace the critical systems that are currently integrated with Cognos and to move to Power BI as a longer-term strategy. Cognos will continue to be used in the medium-term, because of its integration with critical Fire and Emergency applications.
This closed tender opportunity is for a supplier to provide support and maintenance services for our IBM related software products. We expect 24/7/365 technical support and maintenance. We expect the Successful Respondent to provide incident response capabilities, a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that meets our requirements, and an appropriate service model structure.
