Scope overview
De werken omvatten het uitvoeren van reguliere onderhoudstaken en dringende interventies aan en/of vanop de hierna omschreven waterwegen en hun aanhorigheden, volgens de posten van de samenvattende opmeting.
Dit betreffen werken met een specifiek waterbouwkundig karakter, alsook alle aanhorigheden van de waterweg die vanop het land bereikbaar zijn zoals jaagpaden, uitwateringsconstructies, trappen, bruggen, … Onder dringende interventies wordt hier verstaan het optreden bij (of ten gevolge van) effectieve of dreigende wateroverlast, door bovenafvoer of stormverschijnselen, bij dijkdoorbraken, ijsgang, en bij calamiteiten allerhande.
De inschrijver wordt er nadrukkelijk op gewezen dat de bestellingen gegeven in het kader van onderhavig bijzonder bestek een grote flexibiliteit vereisen op het gebied van aanvangstermijn, uitvoeringstermijn, aard, plaats en omvang van de werken.
