Scope overview
The New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) is hereby inviting your firm to respond to the referenced solicitation and submit a proposal in accordance with the requirements set forth in this invitation package. The solicitation is to obtain Architecture & Engineering Services in Connection with Landscape Architecture.
The SCA anticipates awarding up to four requirements-type contracts (services to be ordered by the SCA on an as required basis) in the Not-To-Exceed (NTE) amount of up to Five Million ($5,000,000) Dollars each. Contracts will be awarded based on the results of the Selection Committee's rankings. The term of each contract shall be three (3) years with no option to renew.
