Scope overview
Der Entwässerungsbetrieb der Stadt Erlangen planen den Neubau eines Betriebsgebäudes am Standort des Klärwerks Erlangen. Die vorhandene Fläche im Süden des Kläranlagengeländes ist für das Betriebsgebäude ausreichend. Mit vorliegendem Verfahren werden die Architektenleistungen des Leistungsbildes Gebäude und Innenräume nach HOAI vergeben. Es werden außerdem (optionale) Besondere Leistungen vergeben.
Mit den Leistungen ist im Anschluss an das Verfahren zu beginnen. Ziel ist es, die Maßnahme wünschenswerteweise bis Ende 2028 abzuschließen. Die Leistungen werden stufenweise abgerufen und vergeben.
