Le contractant peut, à la demande expresse du pouvoir adjudicateur, assurer la réalisation de missions ponctuelles à caractère technique, telles que des études et audits techniques, expertises, études d'optimisation sur les installations existantes et assistance dans le cadre d'appels d'offres liés à la gestion des installations techniques des immeubles du pouvoir adjudicateur.
