Appel d’offres en vue de désigner une entreprise chargée de la réalisation des lots fenêtres, portes et menuiseries en bois et bois-métal du projet de construction de l’EMS de La Coulaz à Payerne (VD). Le marché comprend la fabrication, la fourniture et le montage des fenêtres et portes-fenêtres en bois-métal, des portes extérieures bois-métal, ainsi que des fenêtres bois et bois-métal pour patios et verrières.
Les cadres et châssis sont réalisés en chêne suisse ou européen, avec protection aluminium thermolaquée pour les éléments exposés aux intempéries. Les vitrages isolants triples ou coupe-feu EI30 répondent aux exigences thermiques Minergie-P, acoustiques et de protection contre les chutes.
Le marché comprend également les menuiseries associées, notamment les tablettes intérieures, galeries à rideaux, embrasures et habillages. Sont inclus les ferrements, dispositifs d’ouverture, joints d’étanchéité, traitements de surface, protections provisoires, essais et nettoyages.
Les performances exigées en matière d’isolation thermique, d’étanchéité, de résistance au vent, de sécurité anti-effraction et de protection incendie sont conformes aux normes SIA et aux prescriptions CAN applicables .
