The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) leads the Department of State’s anti-crime and counter-narcotics efforts. INL’s mission is to minimize the impact of international crime and illegal drugs on the United States, its citizens, and partner nations by providing effective foreign assistance and fostering global cooperation.

INL supports our partner nations in their efforts towards stabilization and strengthening of their security institutions, infrastructure and technology. In doing so, INL helps to build a global security capacity for combating combat narcotics and human trafficking, and irregular migration, and to strengthen the search, rescue and identification of missing migrants.

INL Mexico requires the services of a contractor to provide hardware and software, as well as installation services, as a donation to the Government of Mexico. This contract will enable the Mexican National Migration Institute to utilize the Automated Targeting Systems Global (ATS-G) tool.
