Scope overview
Předmětem veřejné zakázky je provedení nezávislého auditu kybernetické bezpečnosti odborně způsobilou a nezávislou osobou – certifikovaným auditorem v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti, který splňuje požadavky vyhlášky č.
82/2018 Sb., o bezpečnostních opatřeních, kybernetických bezpečnostních incidentech, reaktivních opatřeních, náležitostech podání v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti a likvidaci dat (dále jen „Vyhláška“). V rámci plnění bude ověřována funkčnost posíleného informačního systému zajišťujícího bezpečnou ochranu perimetru společnosti České dráhy, a.s.
a bude ověřován jeho soulad s požadavky na kybernetickou bezpečnost dle ustanovení §18, §19, §20, §22, §23, §24, §26 a §27 Vyhlášky. Zadavatel v tomto zadávacím řízení postupuje v souladu s přechodnými ustanoveními definovanými v § 71 zákona č. 264/2025 Sb. o kybernetické bezpečnosti, pročež definuje předmět veřejné zakázky v návaznosti na Vyhlášku.
