Suomen pysyvä edustusto EU:ssa etsii turvallisuusalan yritystä hoitamaan kanslian/edustuston (Avenue de Cortenbergh 80, 1000 Brussels) aulavartiointipalveluja. Pääasiallinen tehtävä on vastata aula- ja vartiointipalveluista kansliassa/edustustossa.
Yrityksellä on tarvittaessa oltava kyky tarjota turvallisuusalan koulutettua henkilökuntaa myös edustuston muihin tilaisuuksiin (myös iltaisin) virallisissa virka-asunnoissa. Palvelun laajuus on kaksi kokopäivästä aulavartijaa, joilla on vähintään vuoden työkokemus vastaavista töistä. He ovat paikalla pääsääntöisesti maanantaista perjantaihin 8h30 – 17h00.
Pääasiallisiin tehtäviin kuuluu valvoa kansliaa/edustustoa ja kameravalvonnalla sen ulkotiloja, vierailijoiden henkilöllisyyden tarkistaminen, varmistaa, ettei tiloihin pääse vaarallisia esineitä tai aineita, ilmoittaa edustuston henkilökunnalle tai poliisille mahdollisista vaaratilanteista.
