Art und Umfang der Leistung: 1.
Datenuniversum & Inhalte: Bereitstellung valider externer Ratings, Rating-Reports, Finanzkennzahlen (Bilanz/GuV) und ESG-Scores. Abdeckung: Monitoring eines Portfolios von ca. 3.000 Entities (Schwerpunkt: Corporates, Financial Institutions, Sovereigns/Public Sector). Zusatzdaten: Tagesaktuelles Pressescreening (inkl. Historie > 3 Jahre) und Marktparameter (z. B. CDS-Spreads).
Keine Leistungsvorbehalte: Der Auftragnehmer schuldet die Lieferung der Daten für das definierte Portfolio ("Bringschuld" gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung). 2. Technischer Zugang & Schnittstellen: Web-Frontend (GUI): Zugriff für ca. 25 Standard-User und 10 Analysten (Exportfunktionen XLS/PDF, Portfolio-Upload, Alert-Funktionen).
Dunkelverarbeitung (API/Batch): Zwingende Bereitstellung einer REST-API (Realtime) sowie täglicher Delta-Files via SFTP zur automatisierten Übernahme der Daten in die internen Systeme der NBank. SLA: Verfügbarkeit min. 99,5 %; Wiederherstellzeit bei kritischen Ausfällen max. 8 Stunden. 3. Aufsichtsrecht & Compliance: Die Leistung muss die Anforderungen an Auslagerungen gemäß MaRisk (AT 9) und KWG erfüllen.
Standort der Datenspeicherung: EWR oder Land mit Angemessenheitsbeschluss. Zertifizierung: Nachweis eines IKS (z. B. ISAE 3402 / ISO 27001). 4. Onboarding (Projektphase): Verpflichtende Durchführung eines Onboarding-Projekts (technische Anbindung API/SFTP, Customizing, Schulung) unmittelbar nach Zuschlagserteilung. Ein Grobkonzept für das Onboarding ist bereits mit dem Angebot einzureichen (Ausschlusskriterium).
