Serviciile de leasing operațional constau în transmiterea de către Contractant către Autoritatea contractantă a dreptului de utilizare asupra bunurilor descrise și includ pentru perioada celor 34 de luni de utilizare în mod expres (fără costuri suplimentare aferente ratei de leasing din partea Autorității contractante).
