и осъществяване на авторски надзор по време на строително-монтажните работи (СМР) на строежите и включва: Подписва всички актове и протоколи по време на строителството, необходими за оценка на строежа съгласно ЗУТ и Наредба №3 / 31.07.2003 г.; Дава писмени указания, становища, обяснения и други на участниците в строителството; Извършва при необходимост промени на инвестиционния проект (ИП) и предоставя допълнителни детайли; Вписва Заповеди в заповедната книга (ЗК); Изготвя и заверява екзекутивната документация.
