Scope overview
In der Empfangshalle des Bahnhofes Dresden-Neustadt (Sachsen, D-01097 Dresden) muß der Auftraggeber zum Schutz des Reisendenweges und für spätere Arbeiten an der Grundinstandsetzung der Decke in das Erdgeschoß ein Schutzgerüst aus Stahlnormprofilen mit Abdeckung aus Stahlplatten einbauen; im Keller werden bauseits im Vorlauf zusätzliche Absteifungen und Fundamentertüchtigungen geschaffen.
Diese Vergabe beinhaltet Werk-/Montageplanung, Herstellung, Lieferung und Montage der Gerüstkonstruktion. Das Gerüst besteht aus fast 100 Tonnen Normprofilen (HEB 100 bis 450, IPE 160 bis 300) zuzüglich Stirnplattenstöße, Fuß-/Kopfplatten und Verbindungsmitteln und wird mit rund 1.500m² 25mm dicken Stahlsystemplatten abgedeckt und bekommt einen hellen Rostschutzanstrich und eine Absturzsicherung.
Die örtliche Montage hat in einem festen Zeitraum (unverrückbar vom 8.04. bis 30.04.2026 !!!) zu erfolgen; Schichtarbeit ist ggf. einzuplanen. Ein kleiner Teil der Vergabeeinheit ist klassischer Gerüstbau (Gerüstturm mit Zwischenpodesten).
