Scope overview
Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI�s) from suitably qualified contractors (Respondents) who are interested in delivering the roading maintenance requirements for the Banks Peninsula area for an extended period (CCC is aiming for this to be 5+3+2 years July 2025 to end of June 2035. At least 5 years). The current contract expires 30/06/2025.
The objective of this EOI process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information from Respondents about their respective organisations and their general ability to provide the Contract Works. The intention is to shortlist up to four contractors. Tenders will be requested from the shortlisted contractors via an RFT.
The purpose of this EOI is to prequalify and shortlist suitable Respondents to provide Contract Works that align with our strategic aspirations, ensuring value for money for Christchurch ratepayers and the wider community by engaging a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor.
