Services are to be performed in accordance with all applicable German local, state, and federal standards, codes, laws, manufacturer recommendations and all required safety regulations. The most stringent of these shall apply. Manufacturer training certificates are not required to perform services under this contract unless required by German law/regulation . The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this synopsis or to otherwise pay for the information solicited except as an allowable cost under other contracts as provided in FAR 31.205-18, Bid and Proposal costs. The Government will not reimburse any company or individual for any expenses associated with preparation or participation in this research.
