Scope overview
Baumpflege RIM Düsseldorf Im Rahmen der Ausschreibung, soll für folgende Liegenschaften: AA Düsseldorf (Los1) BTS Mettmann (Los1) AA Krefeld (Los2) AA Mettmann GST.Velbert (Los3) AA Wesel (Los5) ein Baumkataster erstellt werden, der Inhalt des Baumkatasters muss in Schriftform mitgeteilt werden.
Regelkontrolle Zur Erfüllung zivilrechtlicher Verkehrssicherungspflichten muss, eine regelmäßige und systematische Sichtkontrolle der Bäume erfolgen. Diese Regelkontrolle muss einmal im Jahr, im belaubten Zustand der Bäume und im Folgejahr im unbelaubten Zustand der Bäume, über die Vertragslaufzeit von 4 Jahren durchgeführt werden.
Es ist das vorhandene Baumkataster zu aktualisieren und ein Bericht über die erfor-derlichen Baumpflegemaßnahmen zu erstellen und innerhalb von 21 Kalendertagen an das zuständige RIM per E-Mail zu übermitteln. Die Regelkontrolle, der unbelaubten Bäume, muss im Zeitraum vom 1. Oktober bis zum 31. Oktober stattfinden. Die Regelkontrolle, der belaubten Bäume, muss im Zeitraum vom 2.Mai bis zum 31. Mai stattfinden.
