Scope overview
Um das geplante Neubaugebiet "Ob dem Korntaler Weg" optimal und zeitgemäß mit Wärme zu versorgen, planen die Stadtwerke Ditzingen die Errichtung der Energiezentrale "Langes Land". Als wesentliche Energieträger sollen zur Wärmeerzeugung Strom, Pellets und Umweltenergie sowie Erdgas zur Spitzenlastdeckung eingesetzt werden. Hiermit soll die Versorgung des zukünftigen Fernwärmenetzes im Gebiet gewährleistet werden.
Los 4 umfasst die Umsetzung der Medienanbindung der Energiezentrale. Für die Inbetriebnahme und den Betrieb der Energiezentrale ist die Anbindung an das bestehende Fernwärmenetz sowie an die erforderlichen Versorgungsmedien zwingend erforderlich. Zu diesem Zweck sind Erd- und Leitungsbauarbeiten zur medientechnischen Anbindung der Energiezentrale vorgesehen (Fernwärme, Strom, Wasser und Abwasser).
Die Baumaßnahme ist über öffentliche Verkehrswege erreichbar und befindet sich im nördlichen Stadtgebiet von Ditzingen, parallel zur Münchinger Straße K 1704.
