Instandsetzung der Schulschwimmanlage Kügeliloo, Generalplanungsleistungen (unter Vorbehalt der Kreditgenehmigung) Die Schulschwimmanlage (SSA) Kügeliloo befindet sich im nördlichen Stadtteil Zürich-Oerlikon und ist Teil der Schulanlage Kügeliloo. Die SSA befindet sich in einem schlechten Zustand und eine umfassende Instandsetzung ist erforderlich.
Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Gebrauchstauglichkeit der Anlage für einen weiteren Lebenszyklus zu gewährleisten. Dabei werden sämtliche sicherheitsrelevanten Aspekte überprüft und die Anlage an die geltenden Normen und Vorgaben angepasst. Zudem sind die IV-Anforderungen zu berücksichtigen.
Die bestehende Nutzung soll beibehalten und zugleich optimiert werden, damit die Anlage weiterhin sämtlichen Anspruchsgruppen aus dem Quartier zur Verfügung steht. Dazu zählen insbesondere der obligatorische Schwimmunterricht und die Vermietung an private Gruppen und Vereine.
