Scope overview
Instandsetzung und Umbau der Schulanlage Manegg, Generalplanungsleistungen (unter Vorbehalt der Kreditgenehmigung) Die Schule für Kinder und Jugendliche mit Körper- und Mehrfachbehinderungen (SKB) befindet sich auf der gleichen Parzelle wie die Schulanlage Manegg. Die SKB wird diesen Standort jedoch im Jahr 2028 aufgeben und ins Schulhaus Saatlen umziehen.
Anschliessend soll das bestehende SKB-Gebäude für den Tagesschuleinstieg der Schule Manegg instandgesetzt und umgebaut werden. Neben der notwendigen Infrastruktur für den Tagesschulbetrieb wird das Gebäude künftig auch Platz für Klassenzimmer, Therapieräume sowie die Räumlichkeiten des MKZ bieten.
Dadurch kann einer der drei derzeit auf der Anlage stehenden ZM-Pavillons zurückgebaut und die verbleibenden zwei für Unterricht, Betreuung und Verpflegung der Kindergartenklassen umgenutzt werden.
