utility diversion packages across the Area North project footprint (Lichfield to Kenilworth via Birmingham) during 2026/2027. These works will consist of power, water, gas and telecoms diversions typically in highways, verges, agricultural land and unmade surfaces with an initial estimated value of £2m across 10 packages.
