DEP-BCS DEP utilizes a proprietary billing system called UMAX from Itineris NA Inc. This proprietary solution has been custom built to integrate with a specially configured version of a field tablet application called ServiceLink that is provided by Service-Link, a division of N. Harris Computer Corp.

DEP requires more ServiceLink software licenses in order to allow its expanding workforce of revenue generating Water Use Inspectors and DEP contractors to have access to this crucial software that allows them to install and program water meters and meter reading devices. The licenses for this software can only be purchased from Itineris NA Inc.
