Scope overview
Swedavia AB genomför nu en ramavtalsupphandling för att tillgodose behov av bemanningstjänster i syfte att täcka Swedavias temporära behov av resursförstärkning vid exempelvis arbetstoppar, ordinarie personals frånvaro och i väntan på nyrekrytering. Swedavias verksamhet är av sådan karaktär att många av de roller och kompetenser som ingår i Avtalet kräver arbete på plats.
Ramavtalet omfattar samtliga Swedavias tio flygplatser, från Malmö i söder till Kiruna i norr, samt kontoret i Norrköping och Leverantören ska ha kapacitet att kunna leverera konsulter till samtliga dessa platser/orter.Uppdrag som omfattas av ramavtalet avser konsulter inom personalkategorierna A – Operativ personal och B – Administration och Specialister.
Leverantörer ska ha kapacitet att kunna leverera konsulter inom båda kategorierna. Swedavia avser att teckna ramavtal med flera leverantörer. Planerad avtalsstart är 2026-07-12.
