Scope overview
IT IS THE INTENT of the New York City Law Department ( Department ) to enter into negotiations with Benchly Inc., pursuant to PPB Rules Section 3-04(b)(2)(iv). Under the terms of the anticipated contract, Benchly Inc. will provide licensing for the use of EZBrief Table of Authorities legal software to be used in support of litigation.
The anticipated term of the contract will commence on or about April 1, 2026 and continues through March 31, 2029.
