Scope overview
Die Ausarbeitung und Prüfung von Gründungsideen und die Bestimmung des individuellen Entwicklungspotentials der Teilnehmenden erfolgt im Rahmen von Development Centern.
Ein Development Center dient der Bestimmung des individuellen Entwicklungspotentials der Teilnehmenden, insbesondere ihrer Fähigkeiten wie Unternehmenspersönlichkeit und Führungsqualitäten sowie der Ableitung von Entwicklungsmaßnahmen, die Voraussetzungen einer erfolgreichen Gründung sind. Development Center sind regelmäßig im Umfang von 1-3 Tagen (8h pro Tag) mit einer Trainerin oder einem Trainer durchzuführen.
Die Anzahl der Tage richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Teilnehmenden und ihrem Entwicklungsstand. Für die Durchführung dieser Development Center werden externe Leistungserbringer gesucht, die in einen Pool aufgenommen werden. Für weitere Ausführungen wird auf die Leistungsbeschreibung verwiesen.
