Scope overview
Um seine Aktivitäten sicherzustellen, benötigt das Staatsarchiv Wallis eine Ressource, die entweder dem Profil eines Senior-Wirtschaftsinformatikers mit 0,6 VZÄ oder dem Profil eines Wirtschaftsinformatikers mit 0,8 VZÄ entspricht, wie im Pflichtenheft – Beschreibung der Aufgaben und Anforderungsprofile (Dokument B) beschrieben. Die Vergabestelle hat den Auftrag in zwei Lose aufgeteilt.
Der Bieter ist nicht verpflichtet, ein Angebot für alle Lose einzureichen, und kann daher das Los oder die Lose auswählen, für die er ein Angebot einreicht (Teilangebote sind zulässig). Der Auftrag wird in Form eines Dienstleistungsverleihs im Sinne des AVG vergeben. Die Vertragsdauer beträgt vier Jahre und kann auf Antrag der Vergabestelle um höchstens ein Jahr verlängert werden.
