Scope overview
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Anschaffung einer modularen ERP-Standardsoftware als Ablösung der vorhandenen Lösung “Entire” mit folgenden Teilkomponenten: -Finanzbuchhaltung inkl. Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie Zahlungsverkehr im In- und Ausland -Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung/ Controlling/ Budget Weitere Erläuterungen sind dem Gesamtkonzept (Anlage-Nr. 14) zu entehmen.
Die Sofware soll eine Workflowkomponenten beinhalten bzw. an das bestehende Workflowmanagement zur digitalen Bearbeitung der Belege (Docuframe) angebunden werden können. Eine digitale Signatur muss unterstützt werden. Die Software muss zwingend bundes- und landesgesetzliche statische Vorgaben erfüllen können und muss die branchenspezifischen Besonderheiten einer weltweit agierenden Stiftung abbilden können.
Folgende Leistungen sind Gegenstand des Verfahrens: -Formulierung der erforderlichen Spezifikationen für Hard- und Software zum Betrieb des angebotenen Systems -Unterstützung bei der Installation der Software -Einrichtung einer Systemlandschaft für die Projekt- und Produktivphase/ Schulungsumgebung -Erstellung von technischen Konzepten auf Grundlage des bereitgestellten Gesamtkonzeptes -Einrichtung und Anpassung des Systems (Customizing) sowie Durchführung ggf.
erforderlicher Zusatzprogrammierungen -Konzeption und Umsetzung der Anbindung von vor- und nachgelagerten Fachverfahren durch Schnittstellen -Konzeption und Umsetzung von Altdatenübernahme -Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen -fachli. Unterstützung im Nachgang der Produktivsetzungsphase -laufender Support und Pflege (48 Monate) -Lieferung von Lizenzen
