Scope overview
Für die Multimedia-Bearbeitung und PDF-Erstellung sowie für die Erstellung von Web-Based-Trainings (WBT) werden in der Verwaltung des Kantons Bern Adobe- und Articulate-Produkte genutzt. Der Kanton beabsichtigt, die ab Juni 2026 für drei Jahre benötigten Lizenzen neu zu vergeben. Die Lizenzen werden in zwei Losen ausgeschrieben. Der Zuschlag für die beiden Lose erfolgt einzeln oder als Gesamtpaket.
Los 1 umfasst die Adobe Government Enterprise CC - und DC – Lizenzen sowie die Adobe Education Enterprise CC - und DC – Lizenzen. Los 2 umfasst die Articulate 360 – Lizenzen inklusive Articulate 360 AI Assistant – Lizenzen.
Die Lizenzen sollen bei entsprechendem Bedarf auch von den Bernischen Gemeinden und weiteren Trägern öffentlicher Aufgaben des Kantons Bern, wie Bildungseinrichtungen, zu den mit dem Kanton vereinbarten Konditionen genutzt werden können.
