Scope overview
Auftraggeber ist die Verkehrsgesellschaft Kreis Herford GmbH. Der Auftraggeber ist ein neu gegründetes Verkehrsunternehmen für den öffentlichen Personennahverkehr im Kreisgebiet Herford. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Erbringung von Leistungen des öffentlichen Personennahverkehrs (ÖPNV) mit Bussen im Verkehrsgebiet des Kreises Herford ab dem 01.08.2026.
Zur Erfüllung dieser Aufgaben baut die VKH nun ihren Fahrzeugpark auf. Nach aktueller Planung soll die VKH insgesamt über einen Fahrzeugpark von über 70 Fahrzeugen verfügen. Diese Ausschreibung dient der Stufe 2 der Beschaffungsstrategie.
In der Stufe 2 der Beschaffungsstrategie schreibt die VKH den Auftrag über die Lieferung und anschließende Wartung von insgesamt 3 Elektrobussen (12-Meter) und 11 Elektrobussen (18-Meter) aus. Die Lieferung der abgenommenen Fahrzeuge muss zwingend bis zum 31.05.2027 erfolgen. Optional kann die VKH bis zu 20 weitere Elektrobusse (12-Meter) abrufen.
Der an die Lieferung anschließende Service- und Ersatzteilvertrag hat eine Laufzeit von mindestens 10 Jahren. Die Dauer wird Gegenstand der Verhandlungen sein. Jeder Bieter hat die Möglichkeit, der VKH ein Testfahrzeug nach vorheriger Absprache zur Verfügung zu stellen. Einzelheiten dazu sind den Bewerbungsbedingungen zu entnehmen.
