Scope overview
Opdrachtgever (regio IJssel-Vecht) heeft in 2022-2023 een aanbestedingsprocedure doorlopen en zeven aanbieders gecontracteerd voor Beschermd wonen. Gedurende de eerste looptijd van de overeenkomst, vanaf 1 juli 2023 tot heden, is geconstateerd dat het zorglandschap niet voldoende dekkend is.
Er is daarom gekozen om middels een verkorte aanbestedingsprocedure, conform paragraaf 4.4 van het Beschrijvend document v1.2 uit 2022-2023, het zorglandschap voor Beschermd wonen in de regio IJssel-Vecht uit te breiden. De geplande ingangsdatum van de nieuw af te sluiten raamovereenkomst is 1 juli 2026, aansluitend op de al lopende raamovereenkomst.
