Scope overview
Gegenstand dieses Verfahrens ist die Vergabe der Betreuungsdienstleistungen in der NU Dülmen des Landes NRW in der Asylsuchende nach dem Asylgesetz untergebracht werden. Vertragspartner des Auftragnehmers wird das Land NRW, vertreten durch die Bezirksregierung Münster.
Der zu vergebende Auftrag umfasst Leistungen insbesondere aus den folgenden Bereichen: Organisation der NU, Soziale Betreuung, Freizeitgestaltung, Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen, Umfeldmanagement, Mobiliar und Ausstattung, Gemeinschaftswäsche, Körperpflegeartikel, Kleiderkammer, Gemeinschaftswascheinrichtung für Bewohnerwäsche, Reinigungsleistungen, Facilitymanagement, Winterdienst, Grünpflege, Auszahlung des Taschengelds.
Der Vertrag in der NU Dülmen soll voraussichtlich für die Zeit vom 01. April 2026 bis zum 31. März 2028 (verlängerbar bis 30. September 2028 geschlossen werden.
