Scope overview
Im Zeitraum von 1. April 2026 bis 31. März 2028 erhalten bei DIVA Patienten ein Bild ihres Augenhintergrundes in einem Doiagnostikzentrum. Für diesen Produktivbetrieb inklusive max. einem Monat Vor- und Nachbereitung (gesamt: 15. März 2026 - 30. April 2028) stellt der Auftragnehmer qualifiziertes nicht-ärztliches Personal (entsprechend einem Vollzeitäquivalent á 37,5h).
Dieses übernimmt die Patientenaufnahme, Durchführung der Fundusfotographie, Datenerfassung und -übermittlung sowie die Qualitätssicherung vor Ort. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt an acht definierten Standorten in Thüringen und erfolgt im Auftrag der KVT. Der Auftragnehmer ist verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation (Personalverwaltung und -betreuung), Disposition inkl. Vertretung des eingesetzten Personals.
