Der Vertrag soll zum 01.02.2027 bis zum 31.01.2031 geschlossen werden. Die Laufzeit beträgt 4 Jahre. Er kann ein Mal um bis zu 3 Jahre (Gesamtlaufzeit maximal 7 Jahre) einseitig durch den Auftraggeber verlängert werden. Anforderungen für die o.a. Liegenschaften: Wachkategorie A - personelle Wachleistung mit Fahrzeugen, Sicherheitsüberprüfungen SÜ2 Sabotageschutz sind erforderlich.
Die Wachaufgabe ist zu erfüllen mit einer Aufsichtführenden Wachperson und fünf Torposten/ Eingreifkräften 24 Std pro Tag /7 Tage pro Woche im 24 Stunden-Schichtdienst.
