Gesucht wird ein BKP 591 Architekt inkl. Gesamtleiterfunktion in den SIA-Phasen 3 bis 5 (Projekt, Ausschreibung, Realisierung), mit Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung von Sanierungs- und Umbaumassnahmen unter Betrieb, die auch denkmalpflegerische Aspekte miteinbeziehen.
Der Architekt soll das Bauvorhaben mit einer hohen bautechnischen und organisatorischen Kompetenz innerhalb der anspruchsvollen Vorgaben bezüglich Kosten- und Terminplanung realisieren. Die baulichen Arbeiten können ausschliesslich während der Schulferien erfolgen. Das Schulhaus Mühletal ist aus einem Architekturwettbewerb hervorgegangen und konnte 1983 seiner Bestimmung übergeben werden.
Da für das Gebäude mittelfristig eine Gesamtinstandsetzung geplant ist, konzentrieren sich die Baumassnahmen Sofortmassnahmen. Ziel ist, die Betriebssicherheit und Funktionsfähigkeit des Gebäudes weiterhin zu gewährleisten.
