Scope overview
Contract OB-136 will upgrade the OB WRRF high-tension service, previously installed under OB-125, to meet Con-Edison EO-2022 design requirements, supporting the memorandum of understanding executed between Con-Edison and NYCDEP on October 6, 2011.
This contract includes the installation of two main transformers, rooftop solar panels, a stormwater infiltration basin, two new property line manholes and underground duct banks to provide new electrical service to the building. This Competitive Sealed Bid ( RFx') is being released through PASSPort, New York City s online procurement portal. Responses to this RFx should be submitted via PASSPort.
