Requirements Contract for Architectural Services for Real Estate Services Citywide.NYCHA, by issuing this RFP, seeks proposals ( Proposals ) from qualified architectural firms (the Proposers ) to provide NYCHA with architectural services for the PACT program and other related real estate development activities.

These services include zoning analysis, massing, design, design review, expediting, model making, architectural and engineering surveys, energy audits and electrification reports, climate resiliency surveys and reports, historic eligibility and national register applications, project management, construction administration, and evaluation of potential transfer of development rights relative to NYCHA properties.

These services are detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP (collectively, the Services ). This Solicitation is not subject to an existing PQLInterested firms are invited to obtain a copy of the RFP on NYCHA`s website.
