The New York City Housing Authority ( NYCHA ), Supply Management and Procurement Department ( SMPD ), through this Solicitation, seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide NYCHA with materials for SMPD_Materials_Hydro Flow Items such as hoses, elbows, nozzles at various developments located in all five (5) boroughs of New York City.
