Scope overview
Die Klinikum Mittelbaden gGmbH, Dr.-Rumpf-Weg 7, 76530 Baden-Baden (nachfolgend "Verkäufer") beabsichtigt, im Zuge der künftigen Immobilienstrategie Klinikum Mittelbaden eine Restrukturierung des Immobilienbestands vorzunehmen.
Unter Berücksichtigung der künftigen Immobilienstrategie und der damit verbundenen strategischen Ausrichtung des Verkäufers beabsichtigt dieser, vier bebaute Grundstücke (Reha Zentrum Gernsbach, Krankenhaus Bühl, Ehemaliges Kreiskrankenhaus Forbach und Ehemaliges Klinikum Mittelbaden Annaberg) zu veräußern.
