Scope overview
Brandmeldeanlage (BMA) Für das Gebäude wird eine Brandmeldeanlage geplant. Entsprechend des Brandschutzkonzeptes wurde ein Überwachungsumfang der Kat 1 (Vollschutz) geplant. Zwischendeckenbereiche, die unter die Ausnahmeregelung der DIN VDE 0833-2 unter Punkt 6 Ausnahmen fallen werden nicht überwacht.
Um Fehlalarme zu vermeiden, werden nahezuüberall Multisensormelder mit den Kenngrößen Rauch und Temperaturdifferential geplant. Die Aufzugsschächte werden durch Rauchansaugsystem überwacht. Die Beckenumgänge in den Schwimmhallen werden nicht überwacht. Hier werden gem. Brandschutzkonzept verdichtet Druckknopfmelder geplant. Im Küchenbereich sind Thermodifferentialmelder in 2-Melderabhängigkeit geplant.
Die Saunen werden nicht überwacht. Zur Manuellen Auslösung der Brandmeldeanlage sind Druckknopfmelder gem. DIN VDE 0833 geplant. Die Feuerwehr-Informations-Zentrale befindest sich in der Eingangsebene in einem separaten Raum. Hier gibt es auch eine Einsprechstelle für die Feuerwehr, mit der die Feuerwehr Durchsagen machen kann. Die Brandmeldeanlage wird über den sog.
Hauptmelder direkt auf eine ständig besetzte Stelle (Hamburg Wasser Rothenburgsort) aufgeschaltet. Einbruchmeldeanlage (EMA) Eine Einbruchmeldeanlage ist im Zuge der Planung berücksichtigt. Diese deckt alle leicht zu erreichenden Fassadenöffnungen ab. Die Überwachung der Türen erfolgt über Magnet- und Riegelkontakte. Zudem gibt es noch sog. Fallenmelder, dieser lösen mittels Bewegungsmelder aus.
Es ist kein Vollschutz gemäß VdS geplant. Meilenstein-Termine und Inhalt der Bauausführung 1. Beginn der Arbeiten ca. 15.06.26 2. Fertigstellung Trainingsschwimmhalle (TSH) 13.08.27 3.
