The Chinese government has obtained a loan from the World Bank and a loan/grant from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) for the construction and promotion of the Numashan Dog Blood Peach brand in Daye City. The cost of this project will be partially covered by the World Bank loan. 2.
The purpose of this consulting service is to focus on the entire chain of "brand creation promotion value-added" based on the overall framework of the World Bank loan project and the pain points of the Numashan Dog Blood Peach industry.
This consulting service aims to assist in the implementation of the second part of the project, "3S Agricultural Practice Demonstration Promotion", and achieve the following goals: building a brand system, implementing precise promotion, and enhancing industrial added value. 3.

Documents to be submitted (note: see task outline for other details): ① Business license and qualification certificate of the company; ② Contact person and contact information (address, phone number, and email address); ③ Company profile or brochure; ④ Proof documents of similar projects completed in the past three years; ⑤ Resume of professional and technical personnel proposed to be involved in this project; ⑥ Other proof materials that can prove that the consulting company is competent for this consulting service (if required).

Interested consultants are advised to pay attention to Section 3, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the latest version of the "IPF Borrower Procurement Regulations" (the "Procurement Regulations") issued by the World Bank in July 2016, which outlines the Bank's policy on conflicts of interest. 5.
Interested companies are advised to pay attention to the "Procurement Rules for Borrowers of World Bank Investment Project Loans (IPF)" (July 2016 edition; revised in November 2017 and August 2018). The contract will be selected based on the qualification based CQS method specified in the Procurement Rules. 6.
More information can be obtained from 9:00 to 17:00 (Beijing time) every working day on October 21, 2025 at the following address. 7. The letter of intent must be delivered in writing to the following address (in person, by mail, by fax or email) before 3:00 pm on November 6, 2025. Late submissions of the letter of intent will not be considered.
