Scope overview
Der Kreis Stormarn beabsichtigt die Vergabe von Planungsleistungen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) gemäß Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure (HOAI) für das Projekt TGA Planung für den Brandschutz der Sporthalle des Berufsbildungszentrums (BBZ) Ahrensburg.
Bei den zu planenden Anlagen handelt es sich im Wesentlichen um die Planung für Brandschutzklappen der vorhandenen Lüftungsanlage, Umlegen von Leitungen im Bereich der F+R-Wege sowie die Überprüfung und Instandsetzung sämtlicher brandschutztechnischer Einrichtungen an unseren Bestandsanlagen.
Gegenstand der Beauftragung sind die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 gemäß HOAI, einschließlich aller zur ordnungsgemäßen Planung und Realisierung erforderlichen Teilleistungen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.
