A szerződés teljesítése során a gépjárművek mennyisége és összetétele a műszaki elhasználódás, illetve a gépjármű állomány bővülése miatt változhat. Az Ajánlatkérő az összes rész tekintetében az adott keretösszeg 50 %-ra vállal lehívási kötelezettséget. Az ajánlati árakat magyar forintban kell megadni. Az ajánlati árnak az általános forgalmi adón kívül valamennyi, a szerződésszerű teljesítéssel kapcsolatban felmerülő költséget tartalmaznia kell, ezen felül további járulékos költségeket nyertes ajánlattevő nem számíthat fel.
