Scope overview
Waterschap Scheldestromen wil met deze openbare Europese aanbesteding één (1) partij contracteren, die de brokerdienstverlening gaat verzorgen. Deze bestaat uit alle flexibele externe inhuur zoals: zzp, uitzenden, detacheren en zeer sporadisch payroll. Hiertoe kunnen ook kandidaten uit de participatiedoelgroep behoren.
In de basis bestaat de gevraagde brokerdienstverlening uit: het zoeken naar geschikte Kandidaten; het sluiten van Leveranciersovereenkomsten tussen de Broker en Toeleveranciers ; het uitvoeren van het contractmanagement; het beheersen en voorkomen van inhuurrisico’s, inclusief risicomanagement; Implementatie- en migratiediensten Exit-dienstverlening in geval van beëindiging van de Raamovereenkomst; Ontzorging op het gebied van inhuurmanagement.
