Scope overview
Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rule Section 3-05, New York City Emergency Management (NYCEM) intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Siemens Industry Inc. for the production and maintenance of building maintenance system services. The Apogee-Insight software and the software contained in the supervision panels is proprietary. Siemens holds the copyright to this software.
Presently, Apogee-Insight for personal computer software integrates all of Siemens equipment installed at New York City Emergency Management. Any firm which believes is qualified to provide such services is invited to do so. To respond in PASSPort, please complete the Acknowledgment tab and submit a response in the Manage Responses tab.
